What we collect

• Your email, name and shipping address to fill your order.
• What you order and how you customize it.
• If you make an account: your name and a hashed password, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
• If you report a problem: your description and the photos you upload.

Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store them.

Why

To make and ship your order, show you its status, handle problem reports and refunds, and answer your messages. We don’t sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments and send refunds.
• Printful, our print partner, which makes and ships your order (and gets photos from problem reports).
• Our hosting, database and file storage providers, which keep the site, order records and report photos.
• Our email provider, to send order and report emails.

How long we keep it

• Orders (what you bought, your email and shipping address): 7 years, for tax and accounting records.
• Photos from problem reports: deleted 1 year after you send them.
• Checkouts you start but don’t pay for: deleted after 30 days.
• Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Orders you placed are kept as above.

Cookies and storage

One cookie keeps you logged in. Your cart is saved in your browser. Your browser also remembers for 30 days how you first found us (the site that linked to us, if any) and sends it with your order, so we know which links work. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. No advertising trackers.
